The Users area in CLOUD TOGGLE provides an overview of the users on the system and allows a couple of basic actions to be performed against the users. To view and manage users on the system:
1. Click on Users from the side menu:
2. The users screen will show a table displaying all users that are on the system.
The table displays the fill name of the user, their email address, the teams they are a member of (if any), their permissions, and allows the removal of the user.
3. To change the permissions for a user, locate the user in the list and use the drop-down box in the Permissions column to set them as either a user, or administrator. Users will have the rights to start and stop VM's based on what an administrator has given them rights to via team membership. Administrators are able to make administrative changes on the system, such as creating, deleting and adding and removing users to and from teams.
4. To delete a user, locate the user in the table and click on the Remove button for their account.
